Surgery done!

~ Phew! We made it through Bentley's outpatient surgery (see entry from 7.01.07). We were there for about 2 hrs & 20 mins, and the procedure itself only took about 5 mins. Gma and Gpa Erickson came along too. (I love them!) We were all relatively calm. Taylor seemed the most nervous about it (but of course he would only say he was bored) - so thanks to everyone's prayers and blessings it went great! Bentley wasn't allowed to eat since midnight the night before, so by the time the surgery was done (10:15 mst) he was a starvin-marvin! He was all groggy and confused from the anesthesia so all he could do was cry. But daddy was quick at making a bottle, and although it was a little uncomfortable for his little mouth, he ate like a champ. He's moving his tongue back and forth more now, but he's being a stickler about sticking his tongue out, but I don't blame him because the underneath is all red and sore still. Once his mouth heals a little more I'm going to take some pics so you all can see the difference.
