Bentley fell down and scraped his knee @ Taylor's soccer game tonight. He got up & brushed it off, but when he saw it was bleeding a little, suddenly it hurt soooo bad! On the way home he was holding his leg straight out & pointing to his knee saying it hurt. And when we got upstairs in the house he started limping around like he couldn't walk on it! LOL
So we wiped it off & I told him to make it better we could put a bandaid on it. He wasn't sure what it was, but as soon as he saw Blue (Blue's Clues) he was sold. And of course he wanted one of each kind we had. And yes - they are upside-down so that they look correct to him. But it's amazing how much healing power a little plastic strip has. Suddenly he is able to walk normally & hasn't complained of it hurting since!
Thus begins the era of bandaids fixing everything!

LOL! Yeah a bandaid really can fix everything. My kids are the same way. Maddie will even pick at her scabs to get another bandaid. go figure!
