So my hubby and 2 of my bothers are in love with a local band 'Flobots,' who in my opinion aren't too bad. They have a song "Handlebars" that cracks me up. The first hundred times I heard it I thought - oh man this guy is an egomaniac! He talks about all these things "he" can do, like creating a computer that can survive aquatic conditions, make better antibiotics, send someone to jail just because he doesn't like them...and yes...you guessed it...he can ride his bike with no handlebars! Well after the second hundred times I heard it (thanks to the hubby and my little bro) it was brought to my attention it was more about society. Parts of it were about him, cause yes he can really ride his bike w/ no handlebars, but now-a-day everyone talks about all these things being possible and this song appears to portray a sense of just doing it. Then there are other parts about it, like the part about sending someone to jail just because he doesn't like them...that one is just too true! Sadly so.
So tonight the boys got out their little bikes and bike parts and started playing with them, and the oldest one found the bike above, that had no handlebars, and we all thought it was hilarious. Then the oldest kid thought it would be funny to send this picture to his aunt who wants nothing to do with the song or group cause they are a horrid group in her biased opinion! So naturally none of us can let it go & we just have to rub it in! Enjoy Auntie!

Shut up Sam!! Tiff, tell Taylor THANKS A LOT! It is a ridiculous song...however, the picture of the bike with no handle bars WAS quite amuzing and did give me a good chuckle! HA HA funny funny.
